"The hotel is conveniently located close to t4 at Heathrow and walkable. Front desk staff were fast & helpful. Rooms were clean. Only one complaint was that the housekeeper was cleaning rooms in my area and slamming doors between 9:30pm- 10:15pm. It was a little inconvenient since I needed to wake up at 3:45am for an early flight."

"I had a really lovely stay here. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the place itself is beautiful and very pleasant. One thing I especially liked was the coffee machine available for guests. You can make cappuccinos, hot chocolate, coffee, and several other drinks, which was such a nice touch. The only downside is that there is no elevator, and the staircase is quite narrow, so carrying large or heavy suitcases up and down can be a little difficult. I also want to give a special mention to the Indian receptionist, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming. Her wonderful attitude made the experience even better. Overall, a beautiful place with genuinely lovely staff. I would happily stay here again."
