"Al inicio l recepcionista no nos quiso dar nuestra habitación, nos dijo que nos la daría después de las 3pm cuando el check in es a las 3pm, dijo que según sus políticas el horario de entrada era "a partir de las 3" entonces pedí hablar con una supervisora, me acerqué para que me mostrara "sus políticas" donde decía eso que me comentó la recepcionista, no me dijo nada, solo tomó mis datos y procedió a entregarme una habitación. "

"Solar de las Ánimas is an absolutely beautiful and magical hotel. The architecture, atmosphere, and location in Tequila are outstanding, and the overall experience was amazing. Everything about the place feels authentic and special. The only downsides were poor room cleaning, which was inconsistent, and an issue at checkout where they couldn’t return my deposit due to a machine problem, which was inconvenient. Despite this, it’s a wonderful place to stay and I would still recommend it. With better housekeeping and smoother operations, it would be close to perfect."

"Nice newer Holiday Inn Express with clean, modern rooms and spacious bedrooms. The location is close to a highway, so it can be noisy and the area isn’t walkable. A car is definitely helpful."
