"I purposely waited about two weeks after our stay to review this place because I felt like I was on such a high leaving that I wanted to let it all sink in. This place was top notch first class all the way. This is the best all inclusive resort I’ve ever stayed at. The amenities, the attention to detail, and the service were 5 stars/first class all the way. I traveled with my my wife and kids and they were amazing, even remembering our names throughout our stay. Everyone would ask if there was anything we wanted or needed, and they overheard my wife saying she wishes she could try some authentic Dominican dishes we’ve heard so much about. The female staff member Lendy from the food truck immediately brought it up to her manager and they just told us to make sure we’re at a specific restaurant at a time of our choosing the next day and they’ll have a surprise for us. We showed up at the outdoor restaurant and the manager there Christian had this entire specially made authentic Dominican meal made for us. They moved us inside so we could be in the air conditioned restaurant and they brought all the food to us. It was amazing and really made us feel welcomed and honestly it felt like fine luxury. Moises was also an amazing help throughout our stay and made our time there feel so weightless. We didn’t have to worry about a think. I even use a sleep pap machine that needs distilled water and Moises made sure he got that for me since he knew how important it was for me. Thank you."

"Excelente hotel, con servicio de primera, diversidad de restaurantes y todos de muy buen nivel. Hermosas vistas a las piscinas y el mar. Las instalaciones estan impecablen, las habitaciones perfectas. El servicio del personal es de primer nivel. El checkout es a las 12, pero nos permitieron permanecer hasta las 5 PM y nos brindaron una habitación para ducharnos antes de irnos del hotel. Muy recomendable, para pasar un momento de relax total. Lo único que no estuvo a la altura del talento dominicano, ni del nivel y precio del hotel fueron las actividades nocturnas. Considero que deberían ofrecer cantantes, músicos, orquestas y bailarines de mayor nivel, cosa que abunda en este maravilloso país."
