"We liked that it is on the riverwalk. Didn’t like that hallways seemed dark. Didn’t like that servers began clearing away breakfast at 8:45 instead of leaving everything until 9 am. AC in our room was noisy. Building needs to be refreshed in general, such as replacing carpet. Walkway to front entrance had broken and missing tiles."

"The bed was comfortable and toilets were clean and the property had many great amenities. The lobby is much nicer than the rooms. I loved the artwork and the location. The outside of the building is even pretty. However the rooms need updated. The carpets and furniture are dingy and dusty. The staff was top-notch and very accommodating. Being historic doesn't mean it can't be clean. "
