This is the best Hotel in cape Town. The location is perfect just in the best area of Victoria and Alfred Waterfront. It is a beautiful and very convinient hotel. We loved our room and the special welcome gift. Everything was perfect. The best breakfast I have ever had in any hotel, they had champagne every morning and a delicious full breakfast. We also had dinner several times and the food fantastic. The staff were great and very kind and helpful all the time. We spent a wonderful week there....

I miss South Africa so much and this hotel's staff did a great job in making my 6-day birthday trip memorable. The staff were all extremely friendly, generous and helpful. From the receptionist to the kitchen staff and the onsite driver...everyone was super hospitable. My room was perfect. Clean as I had expected. I'm not into noisy/busy hotels so this was a good choice for me. And as a solo traveler during this trip, I felt safe as ever. One of their security guards even offered to follow...
