Hotels in West Creek

everything was great except when I inquired about late check out on saturday evening, I was told that only one person could approve that and she didn't come in until 9am on Sunday. I had to be out by 6:45am and wanted to come back at 11:30am to pack my room, etc -- but was told that they could not assist me. It might be helpful if there is someone that can approve/accomodate these requests the night before instead of risking getting charged an extra night. I opted to pack my room and check out...

Easy check in even though we arrived late. Very pleasant stay and wonderful room with an outstanding view from all the windows. The staff was excellent!!! They were friendly and courteous! The hotel is close to beach, close to local dining, (recommend Yianni's for a yummy breakfast) and hotel offers shuttle service to casinos and outlets! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Neded a place t crash, me & my 13yr old daughter from AC back to PA, was raining & too tired to drive after 12 midnight, Room was immaculate, quiet, front desk very nice, helpful, highly recommend! Not the Taj Mahal but honestly was surprised at how much nicer & cleaner it was then other places with way higher STARS & PRICES. Would go back again, no problems & no doubt

The bathroom was bigger than most hotel rooms! Double sinks. On 33rd floor, ocean view. Room was big, very comfortable bed! Room service was perfect-great breakfast. Between Resorts Casino and Hard Rock next door, we had over 35 restaurants to choose from. Beautiful bar, restaurant, cold drinks pavilion right out front on beach. Free loaner towels. Very clean, not crowded beach. Excellent stay!

The ambience at Hotel LBI is first class. The staff are warm and very attentive. The food is very good and portions are large. The indoor pool is stunning and amazing. A shout out to Griffin for making my three small children and my stays always memorable.

Hotel was one block from ocean. That was very convenient.

Our stay was great, the staff was kind and answered all questions and needs. The room could use upgrading but it was lovely for a weekend beach stay!

This hotel is a jewel!!! The rooms are spotlessly clean and have every amenity needed for a beach stay. The restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced. I don't believe I've ever experienced a more friendly hotel staff! From the General Manager on down, everyone made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel!

Motel is located across the street from a beach ramp making it the perfect location for easy access to the beach. They provide beach badges for use during your stay. The pool is an added bonus for a quick dip after a long day at the beach or to change it up. The beds were comfortable and they have updated the bedding and pillows.
