"I was traveling with my grandson who is Autistic and had specifically asked for a room on the 1st floor. That was not honored. Had to call and ask for towels then I had to go get them. Building only has one elevator that was extremely slow."

"Everything was typical Drury which means very good. I did tell management that the tub was slick under foot and my guess is all the tubs are slippery. AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN. I was told they had never heard that before so I do hope they’ll do something about my vigorous complaint."

"I notified the staff I would be doing a late check in because there were storms in my area that was set to clear area 7 pm and I didn't want to drive through it. I arrived at the hotel about 15 minutes to 10 pm. I was checked in and provided keys to our room.
