"The hotel was very clean and staff were so helpful with everything we asked. From needing an iron in our room to planning day trips. They even took the topper of the mattress bc my brother in law needed the bed more firm. Breakfast was incredible. I felt like I was in a resort with the choices we had. The only minor complaint I have is the lights in the room were a little too dark for me. But such a minor inconvenience and only bc I have poor vision."

The hotel is right by the sea and close to the centre, very walkable. We could also park our car in a secured parking for just 10 eur a day. Would definitely come back here if we ever go back to Chania!"
