Loved the breakfast. Best one in the entire 2 weeks we spent throughout Czesky. Nice to have parking for our car, yet a tram was right out front to ride it into downtown. Room was great. I would stay here again.

I was so happy that the rooms were truly soundproof. I am a light sleeper and did not hear the airplane at all. Very comfortable beds, clean, nice and spacious rooms.

The hotel was nice, close to tram station, quiet and peaceful, breakfast was good.

I booked this hotel based on ratings on Expedia and Tripadvisor. When I arrived, I was greeted with drinks and a tour of the hotel, as well as a detail introduction of attractions and activities in Prague. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on a hill that looks down on the picturesque view of old town Prague. From the hotel, most attractions are within 20-30 min walking distance. La estancia muy agradable! El desayuno muy delicioso y variado solo lo único que no le daría 10/10 es que el baño tenía hongo en unas partes de la pared de la tina y muy alta para poder meterse a bañar, todo lo demás excelente las camas y almohadas muy confortables.

Everything was very clean, cozy, and it feel like being at home. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious too

This is my second time at this WONDERFUL hotel and I couldnt have been more please. They have the most unique 2 penthouses in Prague, 2 rooms surround on three sides with glass windows and large terrace with glorious views of the entire city. Penthouse West is slightly better with glorious views of the Prague Castle & Petrin Hill & all of the city for miles out. Penthouse was so spacious, and really appreicate the large modern bathroom and separate toilet room with its own sink and mirror!! ...

property was clean and staff was very helpful. Front desk were great with all my needs. Room and hallways were very warm. Even with the A/C full blast. Food at hotel was good, but had to pay for ice each time. Overall i had a good time at this location. I would recommend it.

Great location about 2 blocks from the Palace side of the Charles Bridge (less busy side.) Easy to walk over into the crowds of Old Town. Quiet, clean neighborhood. Nice staff, yummy restaurant in the lobby, spacious clean rooms. No complaints other than some rooms aren’t accessible by elevator so it’s possible that you’d have to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. This hotel is a gem. It is a first class hotel and treat you like family. Everyone is friendly, helpful, engaging and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very roomy, the bathrooms are bigger than most hotels and the amenities in the bathroom are first rate. Extremely convenient for Public transport , Great Staff and the Breakfast was incredible

I could give this a perfect score, but there was one very unpleasant experience. Our stay was for one week. On day three, someone from the front desk opened our door and angrily told me it was past check out and we should be gone. I told him we are here until Wednesday (four more days). He continued to argue with me about it and told me I need to bring our hotel confirmation to the desk. I can’t adequately stress how rude and angry he was. Great place

Good option for cheap accommodation if you are looking to avoid shared rooms. Ibis is always one of my go to's when i am specifically looking for a basic but comfortable and cheap private room.
