"The hotel is located in Meiringen, which is connected to Interlakhen OST and Luzern by train. Lake Brienz is also pretty close to the property. The room was spacious, had all amenities. Though like many other Intrelaken Hotels, the hotel does not have AC, however, they provided table fan, which is sufficient. Hotel provides a free pass to ride to local cable car and public bus services. "

"I was really impressed with this place. It looks unassuming but the rooms were spacious and the bathroom really modern and the shower powerful. Exactly what I want from a hotel bathroom. If I were to nitpick, I’d say that because the mattress is memory foam, I sunk in a bit meaning that I could have done with a thinner pillow. The one provided was a bit too thick but that’s a personal preference. "

"Absolutely excellent. I stopped in for 2 nights to take in the Historic Villages, Alps and scenery. Turned out to be a brilliant choice. My room had an excellent view of the Alps. The room was clean, warm at night, good bathroom, hot water!! Excellent breakfast with a good coffee machine and fresh bread. Also wonderful hosts. I hope to come back sometime again. The village is beautiful."

"This hotel was a gem. It was quiet, comfortable, and convenient. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room had a view of the Reichenbach Falls, which were lit up at night. The bed was a little hard for me but right for my wife…matter of preference. The breakfast was free and quite filling—boiled eggs, assorted breads, jams, cold cuts, cheese, juices, and coffees.
