Casa Bolivia Mundo
8/10 Good
"It was such an inexpensive place that it is really impossible to give anything but high marks. We only stayed a few hours before leaving after mid night to catch our flight. I can not give 5 stars because of the horrible check in system. My husband, myself, our driver stood in front of the building with no idea which gate we are supposed to go in. We kept ringing the bell next to the gate. After a few minutes we saw that the gate was unlocked. So, we went inside the yard. There are two doors. One with a door bell. Once again we kept on ringing the bell. Nothing. I begged our driver to stay. He was a great person. He used his phone to call. The supposedly owner answered and said someone will come out of the building. We waited. Another couple showed up. We all waited and waited, and waited. Finally a very pleasant lady showed up from inside the building. Maria, the housekeeper obviously heard the door bell but decided to ignore it until her boss called her. This needs to change. Great neighborhood. Could be a perfect place. Wifi worked. There is hot water. Did not have breakfast. So, no comment about that."
Qantu Hotel
8/10 Good
"The bathroom waste can had trash in it. The room had to plug in kerosene heater. Listing says ceiling fan in every room but ours did not. Bed was very hard. Breakfast was OK, its free, but food in area cheap especially with exchange rate to US dollars. Older building in nice condition, just not sound proof. Overall for money not bad just letting you know what to expect."
Maison de la Bolivie Hotel Boutique
10/10 Excellent
"As an American I can say that the breakfast felt a bit small and light but it seemed more traditional to the area so no complaints there. Not their fault I have a poor diet. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating even after our stay. The room was clean. The room also had a lil entry room so the door doesn’t open immediately open into your bed which felt more private. The area nearby had amazing restaurants and coffees just within a couple of blocks. La Rufina, Manq’a, Illapso (coffee). I would highly recommend. "
Hotel LP Columbus
10/10 Excellent
"I enjoyed everything about this property. The only thing that could use an improvement is the breakfast food. I wish there were more protein options. The rooms, staff, and wi-fi were all great. Javier was always helpful and courteous."
