The hotel grounds were overflowing with lush jungle greenery. The Vietnamese coffee wasn't too bad. The breakfast was pretty good. If you want a fancy place with wifi in your room, this is not it. If you want to relax and feel like you're a million miles from home, then this is it.
Lety and Caesar, the owners, were wonderful hosts! Our bungalow was spotless and had everything we needed.
We had an issue with our car and Lety called a mechanic for us. The homemade breakfast served outdoors under the palapa was amazing! Lety even shared her lemongrass tea she had brewed that morning. The grounds are beautiful, peaceful and serene. Lovely stay!!

The staff extremely cordial and attentive from the moment I stepped into the property,the restaurant staff was just as attentive prompt. The Hacienda has a rustic touch with a modern aproach, only five minutes outside of Izamal which makes it a perfect location. The Spa massage was phenomenal, will definitely stay here again when in the area.
Estuve hospedado dos noches en las habitaciones 21 y 22, ambas super espaciosas y cómodas, las areas comunes muy limpias, la atención por parte del personal siempre muy amable, la ubicación es muy buena, si regreso a Izamal sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí.
