"Darin and the staff at the beach, pool, valet, housekeeping, butler, FD, restaurants were all fabulous. loved nightly turndown service. room was clean and comfortable. balcony large. food at CW prime, Aura were excellent as was breakfast at Riva and the coffee/baked goods at Carolinas. loved the Lagoon experience, feeding the tortoises and the lazy river. great staff for these activities as well. can’t wait to go back. thx St Regis!"

" I cannot say enough about this hotel! We had an unfortunate hotel experience which is directly across the street from your Hampton Inn, and at 6 o'clock a.m., your registration desk clerk, Autumn, set us up with a beautiful room. She even told us that if we got checked in my 10:00 that morning we would be able to get breakfast! The breakfast bar was excellent, the swimming pool very clean and very nice, the room and bed very comfortable and all the staff friendly. The price of the room...

"Being able to stay on the beach well after dark was a plus. Plenty of lounge chairs and a bench swing. Loved it. Also loved the rocking chairs on our porch. Pull out bed was surprisingly comfortable. Just wish there were more coffee pods - that’s the only recommendation I would make!"
