"What a beautiful, historic hotel! First we were greeted by an amazing valet, Victor, who was super friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze and room service attendant very thorough and also friendly and the meals were delicious. The room was gorgeous with a great view of downtown just as described and the bed was very comfy. Couldn’t be happier with our stay!"

"Have stayed here several times over the years and this location is my go-to for Seattle. It's centrally located, very walkable and close to transit. Rooms are small but well laid out, clean and designed to be "smart" with everything controlled by an app. There is a great communal area to hang out. Bar is insanely expensive but signature cocktails are tasty. Staff are always extremely pleasant. Highly recommend."

"Everything is quite nice, the rooms are good amenity wise, and the check in and checkout process are smooth. I didn’t end up using the shared spaces and had to be a little careful coming in at night but besides that this is great! And very accessible; though not to Link; but through a bus you can get there."
