"From arrival to departure we couldn’t fault this hotel . Staff was friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble .
Room spacious, clean , good facilities .
Ate in the restaurant which was great and the breakfast was full of choice and plentiful.
Left early on the last day and we were given 2 cool bags with wide variety of foods .
Highly recommend staying here ."
"A beautiful location with well manicured gardens. The restaurant serves really tasty food and cooks the produce grown in the garden.
We had the room with the observation deck above. Fabulous views of the surrounding area. Perfect for sitting with a morning brew or watching the sun go down. A great stay."
"Perfect stay, beautiful hotel with everything you need (great breakfast and restaurant). Walking distance from city center and cruise terminal. Amazing staff, so happy I booked my after cruise stay with them as well"
"This was a wonderful post-cruise stay in a historic, beautiful building. The staff were amazing and rooms generous and inviting. The restaurant attached to the hotel was exquisite. Highly recommend!"
"I’ve stopped at this hotel previously so knew it was a really good hotel. Our recent trip again didn’t disappoint. As previous the place was immaculately clean and the staff as brilliantly friendly and helpful. You can book parking directly under the hotel which great. I’d most definitely stop again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend."
"Our room was spacious and so comfortable. We had a nice corner room. We had spent several days before in a very small, historic hotel in another town. We tripped over our luggage or furniture constantly.
This room had so much space. The kettle and tea were a nice touch."
"Location was excellent, especially for Eurostar travellers. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning."

The SS Rotterdam is a very nice place to stay in Rotterdam. It was an easy check in and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is very good as is dinner in the Lido Grill. I will stay at the SS Rotterdam again.
If you don’t want to stay in central Rotterdam. Ibis style is the place for you. Close to a shopping mall and the Rotterdam ahoy. The hotel itself has young staff that are happy to help
Loved our stay! The staff were friendly & helpful. The hotel is located in a perfect area- near the water and many restaurants. Breakfast was excellent and beds comfy. Would definitely stay again

Stayed for just one night with our three kids. We took two connecting rooms. Nothing bad to complain about. Excellent location, free wifi, EUR 15 car parking just opposite hotel, amazing breakfast (albeit a bit expensive).
