"An absolutely amazing place to stay. The staff were always friendly, courteous and smiling. The rooms are very large and accommodating with everything you need for your day to day life i.e. washing machine dryer and bottled water. It is located on the southern side of the lake which is beautiful to walk daily and meet the smiling locals or to stop for food and beers. Will definitely stay there again when back in Hanoi in a few months time. 10/10 amazing "

"I loved my stay at the Sheraton Hanoi Hotel. I found it to be within a 30 minute walk of the major sites on West Lake near the parliament building. The side streets were also full of amazing food stalls, cool vintage stores and other shopping options which was great. The staff were all amazing and full of suggestions on things to do.
