Perfect location to explore Granada. The staff was tremendous and helpful and the amenities were wonderful We found this a very restful and delightful hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel

The place was gorgeous and staff were superb. Room was clean and comfortable. We were disappointed though that the 20% off on food and beverage could not be used in the bar eating area and applied only in the main dining room.

The staff was incredible. There were two men in the front desk who always helped me out. One was tall with black hair combed backwards. He may have been wearing glasses. The other was Alejandro. Perfect location near center of Granada. Walking distance to Cathedral, shops and restaurants but on a quiet street so minimum street noise outside. Staff, room and facilities made for a perfect stay! Easy transport via public buses to Alhambra and train station.

I recently stayed in room 204 facing the Gan Via. I felt in love with this room. I had two balconies, big, and a very comfortable bed. From the hotel, you will have the view of the Gran Via (currently decorated with fantastic lights, La Alhambra, and The Cathedral. If you are looking for comfort, location, views, and friendly staff, then this is your room/hotel. Ask for room 204. Also, if you have time to take advantage of the Spa, OMG please do. I was not expecting such luxury. It's a beautifully maintained historic building with every modern convenience. Close to public transportation and restaurants (including vegan), and walking distance to the Granada Cathedral.
