"Had an amazing stay and time at Jacy’z. I Would highly recommend it to anyone needing a break, didn’t even need to leave the hotel as it had everything. Taha at reception made the stay exceptional and honestly, I’m already looking to come back! Amazing service provided by Taha and Jacy’z would not be Jacy’z without him. "

"First part of our stay. We loved this hotel we spent Xmas eve and Xmas day until the the 29th. It gets extremely busy from boxing day!! Maggie at reception really stood out to my family such a excellent check in experience! My kids love this hotel, slide amazing cool game room (needs a few other things) Building room is great, playroom was too young for y children. Movie slots in English would be appreciated. Our room was perfect for 5 of us and we will definitely be back. Breakfast is great extremely busy. Dinner one night was excellent but once is enough. "

"The hotel has the best location in Gothenburg. All is very clean and well looked after. The breakfast buffet is great. Only negative is the attitude of the staff serving the breakfast. They were not very friendly and welcoming. Everything else was great. Will certainly be staying at this hotel during my next trips to Gothenburg. "

"What a fabulous hotel. On arrival staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spotless with lovely amenities. It was really nice to have a room overlooking the attrium and it was lovely and quiet. Breakfast was great, a large range of food choices and really nice to have teapots to make fresh tea in too. Drinks and food in the bar area we found to be reasonably priced too"
