"I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is outstanding—right in the heart of the city, close to everything, with the metro station directly downstairs. Even better, the food court is connected to the metro, so you can reach both without ever stepping outside the building. It made getting around and finding meals incredibly convenient.
The front desk staff were consistently professional, welcoming, and very helpful. A special thank‑you to Ms. Du, the front desk manager, whose professionalism and warm attitude set the tone for excellent service throughout my stay. The housekeeping team also did an exceptional job—Xiaoer, in particular, kept my room spotless and was always attentive and friendly.
I also really appreciated the self‑laundry room on the 31st floor. It was easy to use and saved me from packing too many clothes for the trip.
With its perfect location, great service, and thoughtful amenities, this hotel is an easy choice. I’d definitely stay here again.

"Kiki He helped me with the check in. She was very courteous in the process. She also shared with me the places of interest within the vicinity and this helped us reduce the time to navigate the surroundings. She gave a call to our room to inform about the fire drill the next day and assured us about our safety. A very pleasant experience. Will definitely consider returning to Crowne Plaza in my next visit to Shenzhen. Many thanks Kiki!"

The staff are amazing. They greeted me by name everywhere I went. Attentive and caring!
The architectural details and artistic flair are beyond compare.
The views are nothing short of extraordinary.
