"The hotel is quiet without much going on but in a secluded location making it safe and secure. Really helpful staff/owner who assisted us greatly with a plan to walk and get a bus ride to Antwerp. They also helped us with an early breakfast prior to departure. Thank you!"

Property is wonderful, very inconvenient that is very isolated, no means of transportation unless you have a car other wise bus is far and not jus every one and every day you can afford to take a taxi. Wish it was affordable in big cities or through a program!. Thanks! I love staying at ibis but sometimes the rates are not for everyone that like to travel for several days.

The breakfast is so delicious and they even had a birthday surprise with a birthday waffle for my daughter. Can’t say enough about how much I loved this place.
Great location, clean, good value for the money, professional & helpful staff. My only critique is that the coffee & tea are awful, just awful. Because of that, I don’t think the breakfast is worth the expense, I ended up buying coffee out. Despite that, I would stay at the property again and can recommend it.
Perfect location across the street from the Berchem train station and tram stop and adjacent to a super market. A rather upscale property for the Park Inn brand. A new hotel with a bright, spacious, and welcoming lobby and terrace. The staff is incredible! Very customer focused and genuinely enthusiastic to help make your stay a pleasant one.
