"Booked this stay last min due to urgent matter in KL.Unfortunately,experience was disappointing,especially considering the price paid.Firstly,property managed by agent,& made check-in process super complicated.Other places can collect key from mailbox, here need to meet agent.So inconvenient,meeting area was crowded with cars & tourists,hard for us to wait with our car.Room only looked clean but it was not.Aircon smell musty.We booked this property bcos of the 3 bedrooms.Was so disappointed that...
