Immediately I was able to find another booking and made same day reservation at Hotel Federico II. I immediately called hotel after reservation was made and they set up an adjoining room to accommodate our family and even set up a rolling bed to accommodate our five people. "If you need a place just to crush it does the job. The place is big and in the town centre so it’s a great location. Communicating with the stuff was challenging as they are not on site, there were long waits to collect the keys. The room is nice and cozy but smelled as it has been closed for a while. It says there’s breakfast included but there isn’t. Kitchenware needs to be refreshed. "
