"I wish I could have stayed longer. The place is beautiful, clean, and smells wonderful. It’s only an 8-minute walk from Assisi train station. The location is excellent—we walked just 5 minutes to the Basilica of Santa Maria. For halal food, Alo Ali Kebab shop is right across the road, and for non-Muslims there are plenty of highly rated restaurants nearby. The housekeeper, Joy, was amazing—we already miss her! Special thanks to Diletta, you truly are my lifesaver. We will definitely stay here...

They found taxi’s and even a place for us to eat, as we did not know there was a pilgrimage occurring with thousands of people that I had no idea about. "Our stay was extraordinary. It was our third time in Assisi and we decided to explore this remodeled Palazzo. Centrally located in town and just a few minutes walking from the center plaza. You can walk to all the important sites, stores and restaurants from this property. The staff at the Palazzo treated us so nicely and were so attentive to our every need for our family of 8 (including a baby ) during our 5 day stay. "Overall it was a good place to stay. It’s a very simple place, which is great for Assisi. The biggest issue is the communication from the host. The host sent an email the day we were supposed to check in with crucial info to get in the property. The host didn’t tell us to look out for this email, and we didn’t have data, so we didn’t check our email when Wi-Fi was available. The host should have told us when we made the reservation to expect an email the day of check in."
