"De ontvangst was goed en behulpzaam toen er wat mis was in de kamer. Er werd gestopt op het moment dat we tevreden waren en probleem tot tevredenheid opgelost. Geweldig."

"Exceptional hotel. Well located and all that you could have wished for."

"Perfectly "boutique." Elegant room, with lots of light. Steep winding stairs a touch of history."

"At first, the room was not as expected. We booked the top level room with a bathtub. But it was a bit oppressive with a low ceiling, the chandeliers were too low, there was no desk, which I needed, and we were facing an alleyway, not the canal. I asked if it was possible to switch rooms and the staff were very accommodating - we switched into a room on the second floor facing the canal - it did not have a bathtub, but it had a desk and was clean, spacious, and a great view. We very much enjoyed...

"Perfect location for the sole traveller on a cycling trip. Also, good public transport links to the city. Room was spacious and comfortable, staff were pleasant and informative. Will certainly stay again, if in the vicinity."

"Great night atmosphere at the bar and 1st-floor amenities."

"The room was lovely, clean, and very comfortable. The check in process and ability to get in the building and our room was easy. We do think it is nicer to have a person to greet and be at the front desk at all times. It creates a warmer atmosphere and sense of safety."
