"일단 스타일러 부터 PC 까지 왠만한 시설은 다 있구요. 2층에는 한강라면 무료로 먹을 수 있는 장소도 있습니다. 생수도 계속 가져갈수 있도록 배려 한 부분도 마음에 듭니다. 그리고 요즘 숙박시설에 가면 일회용품 유로로 구매 해야 하는데 이 숙소는 무료 제공 합니다. 항상 천안에 업무로 출장 가면 이용하는 곳입니다."

"The staff at check in were polite and helpful. There's a convenience store off the lobby, nice to have that. The room was clean and had everything you would expect. The very special thing this hotel has to offer is the excellent natural hot springs bath, free to hotel guests (not coed). If you are a hot springs fan like me, you should definitely stay here."

"Had I known it was part of an office building and occupied the 5/6th floors would have avoided this hotel. There was no breakfast even though it was advertised. Was unmanned the majority of times I moved in and out which left me slightly uncomfortable. Room was beautifully clean though and quiet"
