"Excellent budget option for Niseko resort. Located with convenience stores, grocery store, and restaurant's nearby. Timely free ski shuttle as well. "

"The most amazing stay on the slopes !! Everything was perfect - baby amenities :), room, food, view, skiing !! We will be back for sure. ありがとうございまし！⛄️"

"Niseko great place for skiing ⛷️ whilst spring and not powder we enjoyed our stay with staff very friendly and helpful. Certainly recommended as place to stay with location and access to the mountains ideal. Will be back for the powder and stay at the Chatrium. "

"Modern hardware, but its off-peak autumn vibe reveals a staff still clearly in training mode. The remote location requires a shuttle or self-drive to reach the nearby town. It is a beautiful new property with great potential once service operations fully smooth out."

"Great location and reasonable for skiing at niseko. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttles to the lift ran often and on time. Definitely would stay again"

"The hotel was great, the staff were wonderful, rooms are very nice, and the breakfast was really good. The onsen was also nice, and having access to the other onsens in the area was also a nice bonus. We also appreciated the ski valet service. The only difficult part is that it takes a long time to start skiing from hinode hills. You need to take a slow carpet, to a very short gondola, and then either take multiple chairs up the mountain or ski over to the Hilton to get the main gondola. We...

"The room we were upgraded to was superb! The staff were great and the breakfast buffet as always was delicious!! The ski in and out valet is second to none in Niseko!!"

"Wonderful stay in the penthouse unit! Spectacular views of Mt Yotei and the surrounding area! Clear communication from the staff and painless check-in/check-out process. Highly recommend MUSE Niseko!"

"We had a great time at this hotel. It’s perfect for family ski trip. The lift was a few steps away and rental facilities were inside the hotel. The views were spectacular and the staff so accommodating and friendly. The restaurant food was really good, and we loved their breakfast buffet. It snowed the whole time we were there so it felt like you were inside a snow globe! "

"Beautiful view of Mount Yotei"

"We had a very comfortable stay with complete amenities in the house. Feeling calm and healing atmosphere as we were surrounded by a beautuful snowy landscape. Love the view especially morning sunrise as we can see Mt Yotei clearly from the room. The guest services is good as they have been accomodationg although earlier there was a few problems arising during our check-in. We might consider staying here again for our next winter hoilday."

"We rented a one bedroom condo in January of 26. The communication and support provided by Vacation Niseko in advance of travel was immediate and thorough, so our shuttle to Niseko and then to Snow Dog Village was seamless. The staff at Snow Dog were extremely helpful both from a facilities/shuttle standpoint as well as helpful intel on where to ski across the mountain. The condo itself was very clean, and all amenities worked fine. Was very nice to have a washer/dryer for a week’s stay,...

"Loved our stay. The hotel is really close to the ski fields and rental shops. Right in the center of town. It had a little kitchen which was great to make a cup of tea and toast in the morning. "

"The room was las clean and spacious. The staff were wonderful! We will stay here again. "

"The hotel was comfortable clean, great view of the mountains. Truly a ski in and out location. Ski lockers on basement floor, you put your skis on and ski down to the family lift, you can get your lift tickets there or online ahead of time. From that lift you can go up to the other lifts. Beginner runs here but with access, to red and black . We loved it would definitely return and recommend. Many of restaurants available in hotel but walking distance. Many rental shops also available...

"It was so good. Room is clean and nice!!"

"The stay with family for 4 days 3 nights is fantastic. The view is so amazing with snowing. It is near to ski resort with 15 mins drive. It is very convenient with driving a car and facility is clean and comfortable for a family staying. There is no breakdown communication with the staff and clear instructions was given. Will be back again of visit Niseko again."

"Awesome kitchen, room, set up for skis boots and shoes, love the heater to help dry wet snow gear Only challenge is communication ahead of time, if the WhatsApp contact was shared earlier, then that would have been really helpful because the email doesn’t work, can’t call the international number when already out of country, but WhatsApp works, thanks!!"

"The best 5-star I've stayed in in a long time. Absolutely stunning property, staff is wonderful and very helpful, the onsen is the best onsen I've ever used at a property, the views are beautiful, and the rooms are immaculate and practical. Would recommend for any season, even outside of skiing."

"This was a great little place to ski and stay in Niseko. Very central to all the things in Hirafu. It’s about a 10-15 min walk to the ski lift but still great. The staff were super helpful in helping us get a ride to the airport in Chitose when we got stuck without a rental car that we were expecting. Great stay. Would stay here again."
