Learn more about Donegal
Gather around The Diamond, where the heart of this historic town beats beneath the shadow of the Four Masters memorial. Donegal Castle stands proudly by the River Eske, its restored rooms whispering tales of O'Donnell chieftains and centuries past. Duck into cozy pubs where traditional Irish music sessions erupt spontaneously, often led by locals who've been playing together for decades. The Bluestack Mountains create a dramatic backdrop for adventures along pristine beaches and rugged coastlines. Take the Donegal Bay Waterbus for views impossible to capture on camera but certain to capture your imagination. History buffs shouldn't miss the Abbey of Donegal, while nature lovers can explore Ardnamona Gardens. The town may be small, but its spirit runs as deep as the bay it overlooks.

Mill Park Hotel
"Very nice hotel. Clean & comfortable. Looks like it has been recently refurbished to a very good standard. Two comfy chairs in the bedroom"
Atlantic Guest House
"Everything was just perfect i have no complaint about my stay."
Lough Eske Castle
"Marvelous hotel, a lot of amenities, great grounds, beautiful renovation, and brilliant staff. Everything would have been perfect at this hotel if not for these things: - lack of AC in rooms other than their most expensive suites. As the climate continues to rise, this is going to be a problem because during our stay it was only 24C, which isn't bad, but without any breeze the room felt very stuffy and not enjoyable - the food was poor at the restaurants, do yourselves a favor and get food, especially Quay West in Donegal because the hotel is going to disappoint you."
The Lodge at Harvey's Point
"Lovely stop at a great location with fabulous views"
