"I booked this hotel because all the 5 stars in the city were booked. And I checked out from the hotel within 5 hours because the both the bedroom and the bathroom were infested with bugs and cockroaches. I escaped with a few bites on me and I don’t think I wanted more. NOT RECOMMENDED. "

Despite my Expedia confirmation clearly stating that breakfast was included, the front desk informed me otherwise and I was forced to pay extra. The room itself was far from clean—there were visible stains on the sheets and curtains, and the towels provided looked used and unwashed.
