I made the reservation several weeks ago. It would have been very easy to simply give me a different number to contact on the day of our arrival, or provide the access code in advance. The pictures on the listing did not match the property. I chose this rental...

"Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Bergblick. Lage sehr ruhig, direkt am Bahnhof, 10min zum Dorfkern zu Fuss. Fahrräder können sicher abgestellt werden. Zimmer war super eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Werden nochmal vorbei kommen in der Zukunft."
