"Rooms Were Clean, amenities was updated and the deal we got was amazing breakfast buffet stood out to us. Staff was very unprofessional as we supposed to checkout at 12 and they start calling us at 11am and were keep calling and disturbing us again and again. When i showed them the timings for check out they just kept quiet afterwards "

"Do not be misled by the pictures. The location and surroundings are unsafe, especially for women travelling alone. The rooms are poorly maintained, unhygienic, and there is hardly any staff support. Even at the reception, the attitude is unwelcoming, which sets the tone for the rest of the stay. This place is definitely not suitable for solo female travellers and can turn into a very uncomfortable experience. This hotel is right in front of the slum. No street lights very unsafe to walk around....

The refund was made after numerous efforts and wastage of time. Also the adventure activities the photos of which they exhibit here on the website do not exist at all. They are taking us for a ride. Go at your own risk. Disappointing stay. "
