This is a great place to stay. Spend the extra money to get an ocean view suite with a pool; it’s worth it. The only draw back is that it is very touristy, so there isn’t any spice in the food. 10/10 would recommend.
Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! This gem of a hotel was in the perfect location, had beautiful and pristine clean rooms and had all the amenities. Breakfast was wonderful and staff was exceptional. Lee at the front desk went out of her way to help arrange our activities and even let me borrow a nice sun hat because I didn’t have one. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it perfect for couples and also families (we were a family of 5). I’ll surely be back here again!
The staff at The Signature completes the amazing experience. The building is beautiful, comfortable, and in a great area that makes it easy to walk The Ancient Town. All the workers were so friendly and kind, which gives the place a 10/10 in my book. Lieu at the front desk was extra helpful and checked in on us through out our stay. Would come back to this hotel!
The Hoi An Silk Marina is a great hotel for those who want to see the Hoi An Ancient Town but want to stay in an upscale hotel. It does not have beach access, so if you want a beach you should stay in Da Nang at a beachfront hotel. But, the Silk Marina is easy walking distance to the Hoi An Ancient Town and has really nice rooms and a nice pool. The breakfast buffet wasn't as good as some of the hotels we stayed at in Hanoi, but it was good. Our room was really large and had nice facilities. I...
I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. It was clean, the room was large, the bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was simply the best we’ve ever had! It was in a convenient location, just across a short bridge to “downtown” Hoi An. Honestly I didn’t want to leave. If you are wondering where to stay, stop looking and book this hotel. We travel a lot and this is a great place!

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean and spacious and had a nice balcony for sitting. The bed was comfortable, the pool was refreshing, breakfast was good, and the location was good as well. It was easy and enjoyable walking through the old city and they have bikes you can use for free to go to the beach. I can highly recommend this hotel.
Had a wonderful stay at this newly opened (Dec '23) hotel. Not too large which gave it a more personal feel. Rooms are extremely clean, beds couldn't be more comfortable. Very good resort with great location. Right on the night market, and 5 minute walk to old city. Beach is few KM away - but it is not Thailand. Beach not great, and we preferred the resort beautiful swimming pool. Good breakfast.
This is a wonderful newer built hotel. It is modern with all the amenities a western traveler would expect from a 4+ star western hotel. We were planning to stay for only 3 days and nights but ended up staying for 5 days & 4 nights as we liked Hoi An and La Residencia made it easy to stay a few extra nights. Overall, we've been traveling through Vietnam, stayed at a few 5 star hotels in Saigon and Hanoi. Even though this hotel is not rated as such, the service, staff and quality of the food make it a 5 star experience.

REally fun and beautiful urban boutique hotel. We loved it, and had friends staying at other hotels in Hoi An who thought ours was the best both for lobby, rooms, pool and breakfast buffet.
It's walking distance to old Hoi An, but far enough away to be a little quieter and less crazy.
