"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! There was a problem at the beginning with the toilet clogging, and someone came up immediately to help. When it couldn’t be resolved quickly, the hotel provided me and my family with another room, an upgrade which was absolutely fantastic! It’s a classically beautiful hotel in a good location, and the staff is so helpful and gracious. Highly recommended!"

"Everything was perfect at this hotel! We will be back！"

"For people that love to walk around quiet, not people crowded area. This is the place to go! Restaurants and gift shops are only about a 10 min walk and also a bus stop about the same walk! Very friendly and all cleaned up every day my lady and I went out to explore or eat out! Will come back if ever decide to come back to Japan!"

"Everything is good with Nagoya Jr gate tower hotel. I stayed in superior twin room which is fantastic on the first two days and then moved to smaller room. I wish I booked the bigger room for the whole trip. The hotel is very convenient to shopping, dinning and sightseeing."

"This is not a regular hotel, but a love hotel where you stop by to have sxx. It smells strongly of cigarettes and has a strange atmosphere. The on-site reservation price is much cheaper than Hotels.com. I feel like I was scammed. "

"Must visit accommodation again next time in Nagoya. A clean, neat, and convenient place."
