"Very clean facilities, nice staff, walkable distance from the port, the cathedral and restaurants. Very close bus station that connects you with nice beach areas. The breakfast was of good quality and worth the extra price. They offered us to use the fitness facilities to shower and change on our last day before heading to the airport. This been said, Palma is good if you are a family, not much to do if you are in your 20/30s."
