The hotel is fantastic. Really nice gentleman who owns it, very accommodating to us as a family. The town of Messac/Guipry shuts down early though and it’s hard to find places to buy food and eat out as a family. L’Escala was really our only option.

It's about a 25-30 minute walk to the city center or there is a bus stop only a block away.
