"This was a great place to stay for two nights in late October and to take out and back day trips by train to Siena and Florence on back-to-back days. Very close to the train station - very convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant in the morning was small, but good. Highly recommend this location! It's small, but serviced and supported very well by the staff at the restaurant. "

"This is an outstanding location, very clean, staff extremely nice, helpful and friendly. You really get to calm down here. When you have a car it is perfectly located for trips to Montepulciano, Lago Trasimeno etc. The rooms are so well equipped and decorated, you'll find everything you need. Don't miss out to done in their restaurant, absolutely delicious food and service. For me it's one of the best hotels I have stayed at so far. I will come back for sure. "First, The owners were very sweet and the family greeted us upon arrival. They were very helpful so our 2 rooms could be close to each other. Second, the view from room 12 was beautiful. Overlooking the valley. Third, or maybe 2nd depending on the time of year, this place had a CEILING FAN! Only place I've stayed at in the last 6 weeks with a fan. The beds were not the comfiest (a bit too firm), but slept fine. The place was squeaky clean. Showers were a bit small for my husband but it was fine...
