" I stayed here in February, and the location is fantastic. Everything you need is within walking distance, and just across a narrow street is a beautiful beach lined with several great beach bars. This is definitely a budget hotel and very dated—but I knew that going in. The staff was a highlight of my stay, especially the housekeeping team, who were incredibly friendly and attentive. There’s also a pool bar with food service, and everything was reasonably priced. The bartender in particular was fantastic (I just wish I could remember his name). The grounds are well maintained and clean, which I really appreciated. However, the rooms themselves are very basic, with limited amenities. You’re essentially provided with two towels, a roll of toilet paper, and a working refrigerator. There is a kitchenette, but the sink and faucet didn’t work during my stay. The biggest downside was the lack of hot water—I stayed for seven nights and didn’t have a single warm shower. As far as I could tell, there may not be any hot water at all. I traveled solo and chose this place knowing it was extremely affordable, so I accepted some of these shortcomings. That said, the location, grounds, and staff are what make this place worth considering. With some updates and improvements, this could be a really great property."

"The only positive aspect of this stay was the staff, who genuinely tried to help and did their best to improve the situation. Unfortunately, the property itself was extremely disappointing. The photos shown on Hotels.com are either very outdated or not representative of the current condition. The actual room and facilities were in poor shape and far below expectations, to the point of being quite embarrassing. While I appreciate the effort from the staff, the overall experience did not match what was advertised, and this needs to be addressed to avoid misleading future guests."
