"This is not your cookie cutter accommodation. Each room is beautifully and uniquely decorated, very clean with garden doors overlooking the quaint village street and countryside. Very friendly hosts work hard at meeting your needs. There is a lovely patio out back to enjoy a quiet moment. Easy street parking as you do need a car if you are going to explore the area. Caution:As with much of Europe, the hotel is multi level with no elevator. I would come back."

"Very comfortable room with great big bed and superb shower. Good access to the lovely town centre in Palencia.
Big negative was accessing the parking - it's done by driving onto a lift which we didn't like!"

"I was a bit disappointed with the hotel and would describe it average at best. The hotel pool is a nice asset if a little cold. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest and the drains made the whole room smell somewhat if the door was left open. The covers on the beds were also dirty. The staff were friendly. "
