As an English guest , who always selects breakfast as the in house option, I was extremely disappointed to find that at breakfast the hot drink option was predominantly coffee ( which I don’t drink), fruit juice/ water and herbal style teas ( same in hotel room) but no English breakfast or Indian style teas. I wasn’t the only English guest who commented on this. Please get some English style tea:)"

"So you're after a clean, quiet. Pretty decent location hotel in central Sofia? Then look no further. Pleasent enough. Very clean rooms. We had a fridge and.micro wave and kettle. Large bathroom/wet room. Excellent wifi. Breakfast is a little limited. But the coffee is fine. It'll start you day off just fine. A little worn around the edges. But nothing at all terrible. Book with confidence. Friendly enough staff."

"A self serve hotel- they require you to check in online and they give you the passcodes via email. There is no staff at the front desk so it was hard to ask for requests. I requested for soap to be filled up and the whats app support said "please ask when there is someone at the reception" but in the 3 days i was there, there was no one in reception ever. They never responded back to my request. The bathroom also did not drain properly and often flooded, causing the whole bathroom to be wet. Besides the above, the room was comfortable and they provided adequate pillows and doonas. We got the suite so it was a massive space for 2 people. The location is very close to supermarkets and sites as well as different modes of public transport."

"The stay was excellent! Staff were very helpful, letting us store luggage there before and after our stay and calling us a taxi when we needed it at the end of our stay. The generous 12 noon check-out time was great. The room was very clean and all new. The temperature was very comfortable. Beds were comfortable and allowed for great sleep. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sofia - the location was perfect."
