"The unit was tidy but unfortunately it was dirty. The bed linen and towels were stained and had previous guests hair and makeup on them. The shower/bath was not properly cleaned, again hair in the drain and on walls. There were dirty mugs in the cupboard and the milk pods in the fridge were half used. Overall it looked like it had not been cleaned between guests."
