I was in Brisbane for 28 hours, arriving at 5 am on a red eye flight from Perth, flying to the US the next morning. I dropped my bags at the hotel and took an Uber into town, returning around 3 pm. Dropping off the bags at 6 am was seamless and pedestrian access to the hotel was reasonably good (although it's a bit of a hike from the train station or domestic terminal, with less than perfect signage).

This place is a gem. The room was modern. Spacious and very clean. Check-in was very easy and fast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We flew in from overseas and had to get Rapid Antigen Covid test kits but because we came in very late it would've been impossible to find a place to go buy these test kits late at night. We stayed here our first stay in Brisbane and my husband was very upset I hadn't booked it on our return when we came back just to catch our flight back to the states. I booked next to the airport and won't make that mistake again.

Best stay ever! The hotel staff were over the top accommodating to us and treated us like royalty - we stayed here twice and LOVED every minute! Super close to the ferry system and restaurants. Everyone was so helpful and friendly to us.
The rooms we got were super clean and fully stocked for us. They have an adorable cafe just off the lobby where you can ever sit outside and enjoy the sounds and sun of the surroundings.
I had booked a hostel and could no longer take sharing a room. Hostel single rooms are the same as a nice room in a hotel. Hotel Diana was a breath of fresh air. Arrived around 10am, check-in was at 2pm. They accommodated me and I was in my room by 11am. Came with a bottle of wine (okay because it was free) for VIP members.

The hotel is very nice. I specifically booked this hotel because it stated on the booking website that it had an airport shuttle; highlighting this as "a rare find". Very disappointed to find on our arrival that it did not have a shuttle and cost an additional $80 in transport fees.
Our room was a fabulous king suite with balcony views. The location was excellent. We stayed just one night before flying out the next morning so we did not have time to enjoy the hotel as much as we'd like.
