"Nothing could be improved on! The perfect place to stay. Clean, quiet with all amenities, wonderful rooms, great history, lovely hosts and a first class breakfast. Yes it is a 30 min drive from The Great Ocean Road, but the drive is easy and lovely. Make the effort and stay here, you will not regret it."
