"Had to wait at reception for staff to appear! Rang bell 3 times. Knocked on door marked private. Called out. Phoned property, rang in front of me - no one answered. Sent message. Finally someone arrived from one of the hallways but passed us and went into breakfast room with out saying anything. Then came back out to check us in. No apologies. Also we paid for breakfast but next morning my husband was very sick, had been up all night vomiting, so I had breakfast alone and did not get refunded for my husbands breakfast! "

"The hotel was first class and all the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. My brother and I stayed here whilst visiting our family graves from world war one and it is a great base for visiting the sites. "

"Campanile is always a good bet for a stop-over en route. This one was no exception - friendly staff, adequate room with comfy bed and pets welcome. We had the usual steak frites in the restaurant and we weren’t disappointed. Good value for money and safe on-site parking. "
