From my easy check in by Marie, who also booked the 6am airport shuttle for me to the ease of finding everything I needed in my room, where I was able to work comfortably at the desk and also spread out my suitcases to organize them for travel. I ordered Uber eats, which was seamlessly delivered to the lobby, and the next morning the desk staff was friendly and the shuttle left right on time. I found the bed to be comfortable and the shower hot with good pressure, and even though I was near the elevator, I didn't hear it or any of the other guests. I would definitely recommend. "
