"Business Trip 1 night. This was a great hotel and location (just away from the city centre) . Room was spotless and comfortable - love the balcony and view across the water and the town.The main Boss chap (I think the manager or owner) was very polite and helpful, and his English was better than mine. The Hacienda Rodzio brazilian restaurant for the hotel was 'Excellent' - the rodzio menu is superb - all the meat cooked to perfection. If back in Lubeck will definately stay here again."

"Needed a stay for 1 night while on the road. Booked online. Arrivedto check in, staff member was on the phone. He didn't acknowledge my arrival, and, once iff the phone, continued working at his desk. 2 men arrived, and with that, staff member got up to assist them first, but they stated that i was ahead of them. He was sullen and as unhelpful as could be. I filled out the paperwork and we went up. The room was basic, it could definitely use some freshening, fresh paint and upgrades to the sad looking bathroom. Overall, its a mediocre place and I would never stay here again."
