"Unfortunately my room had inadequate facilities (a wardrobe that didn’t allow for full-length storage of my garments) but the staff downstairs put it right and moved me to a better room. The breakfast the following day was wonderful and all-in-all, a lovely stay. Would definitely return:"

"Really spacious room for a family of 4. We had 1 double bed and 2 singles, did not feel cramped at all. Was great to be able to use the swimming pool after a long day of playing football. The lifts are very quick, which is always great in a large hotel when you need to get places fast! "

"Location was very convenient. However, directional signage could be improved (signs directing travelers to the hotel from the airport roads, and navigating from T2 & T3). Also, guests should NOT be charged just for getting dropped off at the hotel to check in!"

"4 night stay was excellent. Overall the staff was super friendly and helpful and breakfast staff was hardworking and efficient. Breakfast choices were plentiful and really good and healthy. Loved the cappuccino machine and fresh pastries too. Hotel was quiet at night and bed was comfortable. Room felt a bit cramped and not enough bathroom hooks to hang wet towels. The only negative is the hotel’s location-although it felt safe and was nice and quiet- is a bit far from the nearest tube stop Pimilco and walking to Parliament area is approximately 14-15 minutes away. There are plenty of busstops nearby and we chose this option often, plus it was cheaper than the tube. If you want hustle and bustle then this hotel location is not it. I would recommend this hotel highly if you want clean, quiet, fantastic breakfast, super staff, and safe area and don’t mind walking."
