Vi kunne trods gentagne venlige forespørgsler (på spansk) og oplysning om, at vi havde en bagkant først få nøglerne kl. 14.30. Værelset var som udgangspunkt rent og nydeligt, men bar præg af at være indrettet for mindst 30 år siden. Toiletsædet var monteret skævt på kummen. Vandhanen passede ikke til vasken, så det var umuligt at få andet ind under vandstrålen end ens flade hænder....

"From the first moment we checked in to the room we could hear loud noise coming from the next door room. Through the wall via the TV. We could hear the neighbour cough, their telephone calls and we could hear every word they said on the TV. There is absolutely no privacy in these rooms. The only solution the hotel had was to tell the neighbours to turn off their TV, which is absolutely unacceptable customer treatment when people have paid to stay there. We stayed 3 nights, but wanted to leave...
