"Staff, room, TV fine but refrigerator not very cold. Would really not keep food or milk in it. Soda okay. "

"Parking in garage, tight spaces but glad to have covered parking, ambiance of entire place was welcoming, breakfast was "okay", staff was very nice. Nice location, enjoyed quality of dining at hotel affiliated restaurant as well."

"Old hotel with inconsistent amenities. Attached restaurant, Loxley's, is mediocre, and kitchen is on call for breakfast - weird situation. Overall, room was ok, but everything else was lacking. Fitness center was lousy (small selection of old equipment, no TV or any way to watch anything, and no water). Pool wasn't open yet. Lobby is an entryway, not a room, and there wasn't a lobby or area for sitting in the evening. The bar at Loxley's seemed to be closed or not used. The whole place needs updating and upgrading."

"The Cork Factory is one of my two favorite hotels in Lancaster. It’s unique, away from the center of town but close enough to everything. I look forward to seeing the same front desk people, no matter what time I check in. There’s absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel."

"Breakfast was okay. Had to wait a handful of times because staff was not on top of things. Still uses tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner unlike most hotels that have the big squeeze bottles on the shower walls. Staff was okay, kind of we spoke to them but never greeted us we had to speak first. "

"Pillows were the absolute worst. So bad that I saw numerous people go out and buy their own, myself included. They were extremely lumpy and had an odor. Furniture in room was peeling and there were hair ties and bobby pins and trash on the floor when we got into our room, so it was not cleaned well prior to our stay. Location and ease of getting into the venue were fantastic and restaurant was good, but just very upsetting that every pillow was in bad condition. "
