"We had encounters with the very helpful and incredibly kind staff - both the front desk and the cleaning staff were lovely. The Lobby was well kept and clean - having a Starbucks vendor with backed goods was nice too! Bed was SUPER comfy and we slept late with the blackout curtains. The room was very well kept and clean. If I had to complain about something, paying for parking ($15 a day I believe) feels kind of silly, but in that area it seemed pretty common, and there is a notification on...
