"Super easy check in, room was great."

"Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the room was roomy for two people with a modern full size bathroom. We were allowed to check in at no additional cost (typically they charge $40) but the man at the front desk was very nice since we had alot of bags. — there is nowhere to store bags if your room is not ready so plan accordingly. The room was very clean, air conditioning and heating worked great, WiFi was strong, however walls were thin. You could hear pretty much everything because rooms are close together. This hotel is close to the projects so keep that in mind. This isn’t the nicest area of queens. But I never feared for my safety and found it easy to get around. This is a short 5m walk to the Q66 bus and the F train. "

"Called for airport shuttle not information provided. On arrival not give better information about breakfast and dinner called for hot water didn’t came to check just ask to change room after I unpacked my luggage very very poor service never want to go again in this property "

"Hotel was very nice and the staff were awesome. Key was the beat waiter and the hotel Manager Mike made sure we were accommodated due to our larger party. I recommend this hotel and when I travel again to Mew York this is my hotel of choice"

"No parking was available. We drive around until almost midnight looking for a spot. We had to pay for parking and took an Uber. Otherwise, it's a good hotel for a short trip."
