I stayed four nights on business around the Easton area. This hotel was perfectly placed for my purposes, as well as being close to dining options and recreation. I was very impressed by the staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful, and by the room quality (I've stayed in worse hotels for more expensive prices). If I return to Easton, I will be choosing to stay here again.
My family and I booked here on the 26th and have decided to stay for a few extra days. The staff are all amazing and very helpful. I have 2 service dogs so the hotel was very accommodating about it. Will definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Everything was good with checkin ,check out, and the room. The only complaint I can voice is with the breakfast service attendant. She was not very warm or inviting, did not speak to guest. Had a great experience here, Alexia at the front desk was very helpful and friendly for all of our requests and was very accommodating. The staff was amazing!! There were 2 gentlemen at the desk when we checked in, both were very welcoming and helpful. We arrived late for an event at the Avalon Theater due to bad weather and traffic, and they were kind enough to let us park in front of the hotel until after the show. This is an elegant old hotel with lovely gardens and a great view of the bay. Restaurant was very nice with fantastic views and excellent food. Best crab cakes ever!
